Order data (name, shipping address, email, purchase details): necessary to form and perform the contract, ship products, and handle returns and refunds.

Technical browsing data: used to ensure the site's operation and security.

Performance of the contract for purchases; consent for marketing communications; legal obligation for retaining tax documents; legitimate interest for site security.

Data is shared only with the parties necessary to perform the service: payment provider, courier, hosting provider and email delivery service. No data is sold to third parties.

Order data and accounting documents are kept for the period required by tax law (6 years). The newsletter email is kept until consent is withdrawn.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
