Shipping costs
Standard shipping to Europe: 15,00 €.
free for orders of 100,00 € or more (product value, excluding shipping).
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days within Spain and 3-7 business days for the rest of Europe.
You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Times may vary during sales periods or holidays.

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, with its tags and, if possible, its original packaging.
To start a return, message us directly on Instagram with your order number and the items to return: we'll send you the instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return and verifying the item's condition.
Size or item exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, guaranteeing immediate availability of the size you want. Contact us before sending the item back.
Damaged or incorrect product
If you receive a faulty item or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos attached: we'll take care of the replacement and shipping costs.
