These terms govern the distance selling of the clothing items presented on this website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of the terms published at the time of purchase.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences due to screens do not constitute a defect.

The contract is formed once the order is confirmed after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Payments are processed by a certified external provider over an encrypted connection. Card details are never transmitted to or stored on our systems.

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchase, as described on the Shipping & returnspage. Products are covered by the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided under Spanish consumer law.

The VRYX brand, texts, photographs and website design are protected and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or domicile, and may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
